Roadside Assistance You Can Count On

Hino Trucks offers the premier, industry-best engine warranty. All Hino Conventional and Cab-over trucks are covered for 3 years with unlimited mileage on the base warranty and Conventionals come standard with a 5 year, 250,000 mileage extended warranty coverage, and  Cab-overs come standard with a 5 year, 200,000 mileage extended warranty coverage. But, sometimes incidents do happen unexpectedly and you may find yourself stranded in the middle of a trip. HinoWatch lets you skip the cost of a regular towing service, putting you in touch with a Hino professional in the area. There are a number of services and repairs, free of charge to you that HinoWatch covers, listed below.

Lockout Service

Maybe you forgot your keys, or maybe they're already inside the truck! Sometimes it happens, and HinoWatch will help you get back in your truck and out on the road with a simple phone call.

Out of Fuel/DEF

Sometimes the closest fuel station still isn't close enough, and the next thing you know, you're running on empty. A HinoWatch vendor will arrive with fuel or DEF, depending on your vehicle, to get you on your way. As a driver, you are responsible for covering the cost of your fuel, as you would be at the pumps. But, its delivery by HinoWatch is absolutely free of charge! If you drive a 2005 - 2010 model Hino truck, you will receive your fuel at no cost. DEF is only for use with 2011 model year or newer trucks.

Battery Jumpstart

Whatever situation you find yourself in, stop asking around for a set of cables to attempt the job yourself, and pick up your phone to call HinoWatch! A professional will arrive from the closest location 250 miles of you and get the job done professionally!

Towing

Skip the pricey costs of your local CAA if you find yourself in need of a tow. HinoWatch will help you arrange for a tow if requested. It's your responsibility to coordinate a method of payment with the tow provider at the time the services are rendered. If the truck is towed to the closest authorized Hino dealer and the necessary repairs are covered under your warranty, the dealer will reimburse the customer for the tow expense upon completion of the repairs. If the necessary repairs are not covered under Hino warranty, the tow expense will not be reimbursed.

Tire Service

Getting a flat tire while driving any light or mid-size truck can be incredibly dangerous! HinoWatch will assist you in arranging for roadside tire service if requested and connect you to a local tire service provider that can assist you with roadside tire repairs, or even a new set of tires.
