Hino truck lineup

Hino trucks come in three models- cab-over, conventional, and hybrid. Depending on which type you select, the box that goes on the flatbed will be entirely different. Different boxes provide different functions, so whether you’re hauling a refrigerated unit, building materials or using the interior as a moving van, you’ll need to choose a model that can support the box that gets the job done. Some of our most popular Hino models are in the cab-over and conventional style because clients love the flexibility and performance that comes on these models. To give you a better idea of which boxes work best in different scenarios, we’ve taken a better look at our 195 cab-over model and our 338 and 268 conventional models. No matter if you're on the hunt for a tipper truck or something for local delivery, there is a Hino out there that will work for you.

The Hino 195

The Hino 195 is available in a variety of wheelbases up to 185” and can accommodate body lengths up to 22’ The 195 Hino is an ideal service vehicle for towing and recovery, delivery, landscaping, and waste removal due to its urban design. This cab-over model is available in a double-cab option, which gives drivers more space without directly affecting the body. Its frame is 33 inches wide and with 56,900 PSI and a steel frame, it can help you through the toughest jobs.

The Hino 338

Our most popular medium-duty truck, the Hino 338 comes standard with a “clean chassis”. Nothing is mounted to the outside of the frame rails behind the cab, which makes the 338 an ideal vehicle for the transportation of beverage body applications and for moving vans. Wheelbases from 187” to 280" allow you to customize the Hino 338 to suit your needs. The Hino 338 is equipped with hydraulic disc brakes or air brakes and ABS. Like other Hino trucks in the 300 series, the 338 makes an excellent tipper truck. If you’ll be hauling natural resources or construction materials, the 338 offers superior visibility due to rear-view cameras, and helpful other features such as the navigation systems and VSC make this the tipper truck of choice for many fleet managers.

The Hino 268

The Hino 268 is designed for dock loading applications and has a frame height of 40” over the rear axle. A 6,315 lb. front axle and 3,550 lb. rear axle, including 7 available wheelbases (175" - 271"), make the Hino 268 ideal for applications such as refrigerated bodies, water bottle carriers or heavy freight. The Hino 268 is an economical model and is incredibly versatile. Its boxes can be used for everyday needs like moving, or more complicated deliveries of frozen goods.
